THE KNIGHT OF DÜRER AT THE NEUES MUSEUM IN NUREMBERG

From July 22nd to October 23rd, BISAZZA will contribute to the exhibition “Alessandro Mendini: Wunderkammer Design” at the Neues Museum für Kunst und Design in Nuremberg, with the loan of “Il Cavaliere di Dürer” (The Knight of Dürer), the equestrian sculpture recently unveiled during the latest Salone del Mobile in Milan. The Knight is part of the permanent collection of the Bisazza Foundation for design and architecture, based in Alte (Vicenza, Italy) and marks the foundation’s first prestigious presentation abroad. The exhibit will also showcase the sculptures “Guanto” (Glove) and “Scarpa” (Shoe) from the “Mobili per Uomo” collection, designed by Mendini for the Bisazza Foundation.
