Bisazza celebrates the 100th anniversary of Andrée Putman’s birth by participating in a private, invitation-only exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, in December. The exhibition - dedicated to press, architects and designers - pays homage to the international icon of elegance, known as the "dame du design", showcasing her most relevant collaborations.
For Bisazza, Andrée Putman designed a series of decorative and furnishing collections defined by essential lines, reflecting the refined style of the Parisian designer. On display will be the writing desk, Correspondances Noire, featuring a contemporary design characterized by two overlapping planes that introduce movement and flexibility. A precious yellow gold mosaic tile, set among white and black tesserae, adds an unexpected brightness.
In preview, the Vibration glass mosaic pattern will be showcased in the new Bleue version, a tribute to the collaboration between Bisazza and Andrée Putman at the 2008 Milan Design Week.
