Lecture by Stefano Boeri § 22 JANUARY 2026, 6:30 PM
On Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., Fondazione Bisazza is pleased to host a lecture by architect Stefano Boeri, as part of a series of talks featuring the great protagonists of architecture, design, and culture.

During the lecture, titled Green Obsession, the Milanese architect and urban planner, whose work spans from urban visions to design, will explore the essential role of urban greenery as one of the key elements for combating climate change.

The creator of the Vertical Forest, the Milanese residential complex that integrates living nature with the city, architect Stefano Boeri considers this building as a starting point for rethinking global urbanity. The challenge for design and architecture is therefore to conceive new ways of inhabiting the cities of the future, with a focus on greater integration with the environment and reduced resource consumption.

“Welcoming living nature into the urban environment is not a simple task, but it is a challenge that must be taken up. Urban forestry is therefore not an option, but the most effective, economical, and inclusive choice for tackling both the effects and the root causes of climate change.” - Stefano Boeri
